From Newport News:
Take I-64 East towards Norfolk. Do not enter the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel. Take exit #267
From Hampton:
Take Mercury Boulevard.
If travelling east on Mercury Boulevard, take a right onto Armistead Avenue.
If Travelling west on Mercury Boulevard, take a left onto Armistead Avenue
Travel down Armistead until you reach the intersection of Armistead Avenue and Lincoln Street. Turn left onto Lincoln Street. Take a right onto Wine Street. The office is the first building on the left.
From VA Beach/Norfolk Area:
Follow I-64 West through the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel. Take second exit #267
